Crystal McElroy is a world-renowned industry leader in beauty and spa education, sales and business development. She has been an executive in the spa development, esthetics, hospitality and beauty device industry segments. For over 10 years, Crystal has mixed intensive product knowledge with her proprietary and unmatched business education platform. She also founded and managed a highly successful seminar events business.

Developed a sales and education model for the skincare and beauty industry that can be implemented in any brand with a strong focus on diversifying business and revenue growth as a result of implementing key products and protocols.

District Export Council Representative

Crystal is a District Export Council Representative in the State of Florida where she works with the US Department of Commerce to support Florida companies in the beauty, spa and wellness industry to expand internationally through multiple channels. 

Industry Speaker and Educator

Created and presented courses in sales training, business building and product placement both domestically and internationally.

Crystal has brought her expertise to both small and large entities in the field, including stints as Lead Esthetician and Trainer for a Ritz Carlton Resort; National Education and Executive Director of Dermatude (a subsidiary of Nouveau Cosmetique); and Director of Spa Development for Universal Companies. Currently, Crystal is working with Brands, Manufacturers and Distributors globally in the spa wellness industry.

Crystal maintains her active esthetics license and lives with her husband, sons and two Pembroke Welsh Corgi’s in Orlando, Florida.
